For Applicants
Required Documents for Programs Requiring Creative Preparation
Applicants seeking admission to higher education programs that require creative preparation, including those in the field of “Pedagogical Sciences,” must submit the following documents to the University Admissions Committee in order to take the creative examinations:
• Original document confirming general secondary, technical and vocational, or post-secondary education;
• Two 3×4 cm photographs;
• Copy of an identity document;
• Medical certificate (Form 075/U) with a fluorography image;
• UNT (Unified National Testing) certificate (if available);
• Copy of a document confirming possession of a sports rank and/or sports title as stipulated in Article 35, Clause 1) of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Physical Culture and Sports” dated July 3, 2014 (if available).
Documents Required for Submission to the Admissions Committee (Tuition-Based Admission)
• Original diploma of technical and vocational, post-secondary, or higher education;
• Copy of an identity document;
• Four 3×4 cm photographs;
• Medical certificate (Form 075/U) with a fluorography image;
• UNT certificate (if available).
Applicants belonging to the following categories must additionally submit documents confirming their preferential rights and quota status (if applicable):
• Persons with disabilities of Groups I and II;
• Persons with disabilities since childhood and children with disabilities;
• Persons equated to participants and disabled veterans of the Great Patriotic War in terms of benefits and guarantees;
• Ethnic Kazakhs who are not citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
• Orphans and children left without parental care;
• Citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan from among youth who lost their parents or were left without parental care before reaching adulthood.
Admission of Foreign Citizens! Foreign applicants must submit the following documents:
• Application addressed to the Rector of the University (completed at the Admissions Committee);
• Original document of general secondary, technical and vocational, post-secondary, or higher education, along with a notarized copy, certificate of nostrification, or confirmation receipt from the Public Service Center (PSC);
• Notarized copy of passport (identity document);
• Four 3×4 cm photographs;
• Medical certificate (Form 075/U) with fluorography image.
Required Documents for Applicants After College or with Higher Education
• Original and copy of document confirming general secondary or technical and vocational education;
• Copy of identity document;
• One 3×4 cm photograph;
• Medical certificate (Form 075/U) with fluorography image, approved by Order No. 175/2020 of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 30, 2020;
• UNT certificate;
• Certificate for applicants to programs in the field of “Pedagogical Sciences.”
The following applicants must also submit documents confirming preferential rights and quota status (if applicable):
• Persons with disabilities of Groups I and II;
• Persons with disabilities since childhood and children with disabilities;
• Persons equated to participants and disabled veterans of the Great Patriotic War;
• Ethnic Kazakhs who are not citizens of Kazakhstan;
• Orphans and children left without parental care;
• Children from single-parent families with such status for at least three years;
• Children from families raising four or more minor children;
• Citizens of Kazakhstan from among youth who lost their parents or were left without parental care before reaching adulthood.
Citizens Who Have Completed Military Service
Applicants who have completed military service must submit:
• Application addressed to the Rector;
• Original education document;
• Copy of identity document;
• Six 3×4 cm photographs;
• Medical certificate (Form 075/U) with fluorography image;
• Copy of military ID;
• Certificate confirming completion of compulsory military service (issued by the PSC or obtained via the e-Gov information system).
To Participate in the Competition for an Educational Grant
Applicants must submit:
• Application in the prescribed form;
• Original education document;
• UNT certificate;
• Medical certificate (Form 075/U), approved by Order No. ҚР ДСМ-175/2020 of the Acting Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 30, 2020 (registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan under No. 21579);
• Copy of identity document.
Dear Applicants!
Applicants to programs in the field of “Pedagogical Sciences” must pass a special examination by July 15, 2025 in order to participate in the competition for state-funded higher education grants financed from the republican budget.
Applicants to tuition-based programs in the field of “Pedagogical Sciences” must pass the special examination by August 24, 2025.
Location and time of the special examination:
Kh. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University, Academic Building No. 1, 1st floor, Room 108.
