Bekzhanova Zhanar Serikkaliyevna

Bekzhanova Zhanar Serikkalievna is a Senior Lecturer. She was born on August 2, 1983, in Azgyr village, Kurmangazy District, Atyrau Region. She studied at Secondary School No. 19 in Uralsk (2000). In 2002, she entered Almaty State University, Faculty of Pedagogy and Psychology, and in 2006 graduated from Kazakh National Pedagogical University with a degree in “Defectology, Special Education Teacher – Speech Therapist.” Since 2011, she has been working at Kh. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau State University. In 2006, she worked as a primary school teacher at Special School No. 15 in Uralsk. In 2009–2010, she worked as a speech therapist at Boarding School No. 3 for children with severe speech disorders in Atyrau. Since 2011, she has been a Senior Lecturer at Kh. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau State University. She is the author of more than 25 scientific articles published in international and national journals and has participated in international and national conferences. Awards: “Best Speech Therapist of the Atyrau Region” (2011), Certificate of Appreciation from the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2016). Family status: married. Her husband, Turekeshov Garifolla Orynbasarovich, works as a legal advisor at institution UG–157/1 of the Penitentiary System Department of the Atyrau Region. She is a member of the editorial board of the journal “Defectology” (2025).
