Biography
Rizuankova Anar Katimullayevna is a Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences and an Associate Professor. She was born on August 29, 1972, in Guryev (now Atyrau).
In 1989, she graduated from M. Auezov Secondary School in the Inder District and in the same year began her professional career at Kh. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau State University.
In 2009, she defended her Candidate dissertation in the specialty 13.00.01 — “General Pedagogy, History of Pedagogy and Education, Ethnopedagogy” on the topic “Pedagogical Conditions for Organizing Individual Work with Gifted Children in Innovative Educational Institutions.”
In 2016, she was elected Corresponding Member of the Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 1994, she graduated from the Atyrau Pedagogical Institute, majoring in “Preschool Pedagogy and Psychology Teacher.”
She worked as a lecturer at the Department of Pedagogy (1998), Senior Lecturer at the Department of General and Folk Pedagogy (2000–2014), Senior Lecturer at the Department of Psychology and Pedagogy of Preschool and Primary Education (2014–2017), Senior Lecturer at the Department of Psychology and Special Education, and since 2017 has been working as Senior Lecturer and Associate Professor at the Department of Psychology and Pedagogy of the Kh. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University.
She has published articles in national and international conference proceedings, foreign journals, and journals included in the list of the Committee for Quality Assurance in Science and Higher Education (CQASHE).
She has repeatedly served as a member of commissions of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including the Unified National Testing and expert commissions of the National Testing Center.
She is the author of the methodological manual “Kazakh Educators-Enlighteners” (2002) for university teachers and students in the history of pedagogy.
