Education. Academic Degree and Title Graduated from Atyrau State University named after Kh. Dosmukhamedov (2001), International Institute of Specialties, Almaty (2004), Atyrau State University named after Kh. Dosmukhamedov (2007), and Atyrau Institute of Oil and Gas (2011). Master of Economics and Business (6M050600 – Economics). From 2017 to 2020, completed doctoral studies (6D050600 – Economics) at L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University. In 2022, successfully defended her doctoral dissertation entitled:“Formation of Development Poles in the Innovative Economy of the Region (based on the materials of Atyrau region).” 2023 – awarded the academic title of Associate Professor at Atyrau University named after Kh. Dosmukhamedov. Professional Experience 2008–2017 – Office Manager of the Faculty of Economics and Law, Registration Office, Atyrau University named after Kh. Dosmukhamedov. Since 2020 – PhD, Associate Professor at the Department of Economics. Research Interests Innovative economy, market infrastructure, production organization, agriculture, regional development, innovative projects, innovation growth poles. Research Output Author of more than 30 scientific publications, holder of 3 copyright certificates, and author of 2 teaching manuals. Published 6 articles in high-impact journals indexed in Scopus and Web of Science (H-index – 3). More than 10 articles published in journals recommended by the national quality assurance committee in science and higher education. Research Grants In 2025, the research project “Economic Impact of Integrating People with Disabilities into the Labor Market,” approved by the Scientific and Technical Council of Atyrau University named after Kh. Dosmukhamedov, received grant funding of 3,500,000 KZT for the period from April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026.
