Bissembiyeva Zhanargul Korganishkyzy

Education and Academic Degree Graduated with honors in Finance and Credit from the Faculty of Economics of Atyrau University named after Kh. Dosmukhamedov (1996–2000). Qualification: Economist-Financier. In 2010, she obtained a Master’s degree in Economics and Business. In 2015, she was awarded the degree of Master of Economic Sciences. She completed her graduate studies at Atyrau Institute of Oil and Gas (2009–2010) and M. Utemisov West Kazakhstan State University (2012–2014), majoring in Economics (6N0506). In 2022, she was admitted to the doctoral program (8D04102 – Economics) at L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University and completed the full course of study in 2025. Doctoral research topic: “Assessment of the Quality of Human Capital in the Western Region of Kazakhstan.” Research Interests Her primary research areas include: • Human capital and its quality assessment • Labor market economics • Wages, unemployment, and employment • Enterprise economics Research and Publications She is the author of scientific publications indexed in Scopus and Web of Science (h-index – 1), as well as articles published in journals recommended by the Committee for Quality Assurance in Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan. She has published more than 25 scientific papers in proceedings of international and national scientific-practical and scientific-theoretical conferences.
