Biography

GULFIYA ZHAMBILOVNA ZHAMBILOVA is a Master of Economic Sciences, Senior Lecturer, and a qualified educator and researcher with extensive experience in the higher education system. She graduated from Atyrau State University named after Khalel Dosmukhamedov in 2004 with a degree in “Economics and Management.” In 2011, she earned a Master’s degree in Economics from the Atyrau Institute of Oil and Gas. She began her professional career in 2004 as a lecturer at the Department of Finance and Accounting of Kh. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University, where she has continued to work to the present day. Her scientific interests include management, investment, and agricultural economics. She has conducted research in these fields and published numerous articles in national and international scientific journals. Her works address issues such as agricultural sector modernization, innovation, banking risk management, regional economics, and digital technologies. She has also published in Scopus-indexed international journals. Gulfia Zhambylovna is actively involved in educational and methodological work. She is the author of textbooks such as “Economic Analysis” (2014), “Insurance” (2014), and the English-language “Insurance” (2022). She also holds a copyright certificate for the electronic textbook “Insurance” (No. 6376, 2019). For professional development, she has completed various courses and internships at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University, as well as international organizations and the Coursera platform. She holds certificates in areas such as strategic management, macroeconomics, finance, inclusive education, academic writing, artificial intelligence, and neural networks. In her teaching activity, she delivers courses including “Management,” “Theory of Public Administration,” “Strategic Management,” “Investment Project Management,” “Production and Operations Management,” “Public Procurement,” and “Decision-Making in Public Administration.” Her work has been highly recognized. In 2009, she received a letter of appreciation from the Atyrau Regional Maslikhat, and in 2020 she received a letter of appreciation from the Atyrau regional branch of the “Nur Otan” party.
