Kenzhegaliyeva Gulbarshyn

GULBARSHYN BOLATOVNA KENZHEGALIEVA is a Master of Economic Sciences and Senior Lecturer, a qualified specialist with many years of experience in higher education. She graduated from Atyrau State University named after Kh. Dosmukhamedov in 1998 with a degree in “Economics in the Social Sphere.” In 2012, she earned a Master’s degree in Economics from M. Utemisov West Kazakhstan State University. She began her professional career in 2001 as a lecturer at the Department of Management at Kh. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University and has been working as a senior lecturer in this department ever since. Her scientific interests include human resource management. She conducts research in this field and has published articles in national and international scientific journals. Her works have been published in the Bulletin of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as in the proceedings of international scientific and practical conferences. Gulbarshyn Bolatovna pays special attention to professional development. In 2020, she completed distance learning training at the “Global Professional Development” center on the topic “Modern Methods of Teaching Economic Disciplines in Higher Education Institutions.” In 2022, she completed an online course on “Teaching Methods in Higher Education Using Digital Technologies,” as well as a professional development course in “International Management” at the “Advance” training center. In her teaching activity, she delivers lectures in “Macroeconomics,” “Time Management,” and “International Management.” Her work has been highly recognized, and in 2018 she received a letter of appreciation from the Rector of the university.
