Work experience:
1. In 1991, upon recommendation from the Ministry of Education of the Kazakh SSR, he was hired as a young specialist at the Guryev Pedagogical Institute.
From 1991 to 2009, he worked as a teacher and senior lecturer in the Department of Practical Kazakh Language, which was initially opened with a strong emphasis on the state language.
2. Since 2010, he has worked as a senior lecturer in the Department of Kazakh Language and Literature.

Theory and History of Contemporary Kazakh Literature. The main focus of her research is the dynamics of development and artistic transformation of prose at the beginning of the 21st century. She specializes in the study of new genre forms of national prose in the era of globalization, the modern concept of character, and postmodernist tendencies. Her research is based on an analysis of the continuity of new aesthetic trends and traditions in literature. Research area: 21st-century prose poetics.
Research priorities: Contemporary Kazakh novel, postmodernism, and the anthropological turn in literature.
Mission: Developing the theoretical foundations of contemporary literature and modernizing teaching methods.
