Her research is based on an analysis of the continuity of new aesthetic trends and traditions in literature. Research area: 21st-century prose poetics. Research priorities: Contemporary Kazakh novel, postmodernism, and the anthropological turn in literature. Mission: Developing the theoretical foundations of contemporary literature and modernizing teaching methods.
