Sakenov Zh. Zhiger

Master of Humanities (2014). Born on September 23, 1985, in Yeltai village, Inder district, Atyrau region. Studied at M. Siranov Secondary School. In 2003, enrolled in the Faculty of History and Philology of H. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University and graduated in 2008 with a degree as a historian and teacher of history. Has been working at H. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau State University since 2009. Professional Experience: 2008–2009 – Lecturer of History at the Modern College of the Caspian Region Since 2009 – Senior Lecturer of the Department of Kazakhstan History, academic advisor Since 2017 – Deputy Dean for Science and Strategy, Faculty of Humanities and Arts Academic Activities: In 2014, defended a master’s thesis titled “The Contribution of Zulkarnai Aldamzharuly to Higher Education and Historical Science of Kazakhstan.” Author of more than 15 scientific articles published in international and national conferences and republican journals. Completed a scientific internship at Kalmyk State University (Elista, Russian Federation) in 2013. Awards and Public Service: 1. Letter of Appreciation from the Chairman of the Atyrau Regional Branch of the Nur Otan Party (2018) 2. Letter of Appreciation from the Rector of H. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University (2018) 3. Since 2009, has been a member of the Atyrau Regional Election Commission.
