Karakenova Sayakhat was born in 1986 in the village of Ganyushkin, Kurmangazinsky district, Atyrau region. In 2003, he graduated with honors from the Kazakh secondary school named after Abai in our region. In 2003, he entered Atyrau State University named after Kh. In 2008, he entered the master's program at Atyrau State University named after Kh. Dosmukhamedov, majoring in 6N0601-Mathematics, and in 2010 he successfully completed his master's degree. While studying for a master's degree, he had experience of scientific work at the Department of Mathematical Analysis of Astrakhan State University. In 2008, he worked as a teacher of mathematics and computer science at the Atyrau College of Engineering and Humanities. In 2010, he was hired as a graduate student in the Department of Mathematical Analysis of the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics. In 2013-2014, under the International Program “Bolashak” 1.78 tons. In order to exchange experience with foreign professors and teachers, in May 2016, he completed an internship at the University of Poitiers in Poitiers, France, under the European Union Erasmus+ program. In 2017, he worked as the head of the strategy implementation and analytics department, and since 2018 he has been the head of the strategic initiatives department. In 2017, he was awarded a letter of gratitude from the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In 2018-2020, he worked as a senior lecturer at the Department of Differential Equations at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. During his doctoral studies, he completed a scientific internship at the Department of General Mathematics of the T. Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and the Institute of Mathematics of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine in Kiev, Ukraine.
