Uteulieva Kamka (Balykchinsky district, Guryev. Born 07/03/1960). Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences (2002), Associate Professor. He graduated from the 40th Anniversary of October secondary school (1977) with a gold medal, and the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics of the Aktobe Pedagogical Institute (1981) with an excellent diploma. He was a Leninist at the institute. Since 1981 he has been working at the Department of Mathematics and Methods of Teaching Mathematics at Atyrau State University. He completed his education at the Institute of Mathematics of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan and studied in graduate school (1990-1994). Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics (1995-2001). Head of the Department of Algebra and Geometry (2001-2011). Educational and methodological tools: More than 50 articles have been published in scientific and methodological publications. Author of 5 teaching aids for students, 1 monograph. Awarded a “Certificate of Honor” (2006) from the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and a badge “Honored Worker of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan” (2008).
