Eldarova Elmira – 07.07.1985. PhD, Associate Professor of the Department of Computer Science. E-mail: e.eldarova@asu.edu.kz Education and academic degree: 2002-2007 - Kh.Dosmukhamedov Atyrau State University, specialty 010540-Computer Science, received the qualification “Computer scientist”. In 2012–2014, she completed her Master’s degree at Miras University, majoring in 6M060200 — Informatics, and was awarded the academic degree of Master of Natural Sciences. In 2018–2021, she pursued doctoral studies at L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University in the specialty 6D070400 — Computer Engineering and Software Engineering. In 2025, she defended her doctoral dissertation at the Dissertation Council for the training of specialists in the field 8D061 — Information and Communication Technologies at L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University. Her dissertation was titled «Development of software to enhance the visual properties of digital images rendering based on the objective assessment of their quality» She was awarded the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in the specialty 6D070400 — Computer Engineering and Software Engineering. Professional experience: From 2007 to the present, she has been working at the Kh.Dosmukhamedov Atyrau in the Department of Computer Science.
