In 1998, she graduated from the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics at Kh. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau State University with a degree in "Mathematics and Informatics." She began her career in 1998 as a teacher of mathematics and informatics at the Zh. Moldagaliev Boarding School for Gifted Children. Since February 2005, she has been working at the Department of Informatics of Kh. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau State University, initially starting as a trainee lecturer. While working, she completed her correspondence postgraduate studies at the Atyrau Institute of Oil and Gas (AtNIiG) in 2007, where she finished her research on "Development of software systems for oil production process management." In the 2006-2007 academic year, she was appointed as a lecturer at the Department of Informatics. In 2010, she successfully defended her candidate dissertation at the Joint Dissertation Council OD 53.12.01 at the Institute of Mathematics in Almaty. Her defense was in the field of 05.13.18 – "Mathematical Modeling, Numerical Methods, and Software Complexes" on the topic: "Mathematical modeling for a computer system to optimize hydrocarbon field processes and oil production."
