Guest Lecture on the Topic “Adal Azamat”

On November 28, 2025, a guest lecture titled “Adal Azamat” (“A Person of Integrity”) was delivered to graduating students of the Faculty of Economics and Law by Beken Utegenovich Shanayev, Deputy Head of the State Revenue Department of the Atyrau Region.

During the lecture, the speaker addressed the professional and personal development of civil servants in line with the principles of the “Adal Azamat” concept. He also emphasized citizens’ responsibility to the state and the importance of integrity in public service.

The event concluded with an interactive discussion, during which students asked questions and exchanged views with the guest speaker.
