Intellectual Competition Held to Promote Legal Awareness among Youth

An intellectual game titled “My Rights and Responsibilities” was organized for students of the School of Public Service and the Faculty of Economics and Law, Department of Management at Kh. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University, with the participation of representatives from law enforcement agencies.

The event aimed to enhance young people’s legal awareness and strengthen their civic responsibility.

Representatives from the Atyrau Regional Department of the Agency for Public Service Affairs, the Police Department, the Emergency Situations Department, and the City Prosecutor’s Office participated, providing information about their work and engaging in discussions on legal issues.

During the event, students and officials were divided into three teams and actively took part in the intellectual game. The game included questions on rights and responsibilities, as well as situational tasks based on real-life scenarios, allowing assessment of students’ legal reasoning and decision-making skills.

The competition contributed to improving students’ legal literacy, fostering effective communication with government agencies, and increasing interest in public service and the field of law.
