The Faculty of Multilingual Education was established by the decision of the Academic Council of Atyrau State University named after H. Dosmukhamedov dated August 31, 2017 (Protocol No. 1) based on the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 338 dated July 13, 2009.

The faculty graduates personnel according to the OP: "Kazakh language and Literature" and "Russian Philology" since 1950, "Foreign language" since 1992, "Translation" since 2001, "Philology" since 2004.

The mission of the Faculty of Multilingual Education is to train competitive, highly qualified multilingual specialists using the latest professional training technologies and scientific achievements, in accordance with the long-term strategic plan of the Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University.

The following languages are studied at the faculty: Kazakh, Russian, English, Chinese, French, German, Turkish.

Students at the faculty are taught by experienced specialists with high professional qualifications, 40% of them are candidates and doctors of sciences, professors.

In order to increase the social activity and self-government of students, the faculty operates a "student dean's office". The Student Dean's Office works in two directions: The first is aimed at scientific and creative research, the second is a cultural and sports direction.
