Colonel of the Reserve Ruslan Zhalgasovich Naurzbekov was born on March 28, 1971, in Aktobe. He completed the 8th grade at Secondary School No. 2 named after V.G. Belinsky. He then enrolled in a boarding school in Shymkent specializing in military vocational guidance and physical training, which he completed in 1989.

In the same year, he entered the Chelyabinsk Higher Tank Command School, graduating with honors in 1993 and receiving the military rank of Lieutenant.

He served in various garrisons across Kazakhstan. From 1993 to 2000, he served at the Guards station in Otar.

In the Southern region, he held positions as platoon commander, company commander, chief of battalion staff, and battalion commander.

From 2000 to 2015, he served in various positions within local military administration bodies, mainly in mobilization departments. He held the positions of Head of Department and First Deputy Head of Department.

In 2016, he served in the northern regions based in Kostanay as First Deputy Chief of Staff of the Department of Defense Affairs. In 2018, he was appointed Deputy Chief of Staff for Mobilization Work of the Western Regional Command.

In 2019, he retired from the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Currently, he serves as the Head of the Military Department of Kh. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University.

 

 

 

 

  Lieutenant Colonel of Justice of the Reserve Serik Akirovich Absamatov
(born June 12, 1966, Leninsk village, Lenin district, Shymkent region).

In 1989, he graduated from the Alma-Ata Institute of National Economy, Faculty of Accounting and Economics, majoring in Statistics. In 2000, he graduated from the Atyrau branch of the Moscow Modern Humanitarian Institute (Russian Federation) with a degree in Law.

He began his career in 1989 at the Karatas Motor Transport Enterprise in South Kazakhstan region as Head of the Planning Department and First-Class Economist.

1991–1993 — Accountant at “CHAAK SO LTD” insurance company.
1993–1994 — Chief Specialist for Labor and Information Market at the Kazygurt District Employment Center.
1994–1996 — Senior Inspector at the “Astana” Customs Service in Almaty.

2002–2012 — served in the Military Prosecutor’s Office of the Southern Military District (Zhambyl region), the Military Prosecutor’s Office of the Shymkent Garrison, and the Military Prosecutor’s Office of the Western Region (Atyrau region).

2012–2015 — Head of Legal Service at the Headquarters of the Commander of the “West” Regional Command (Atyrau region).
2015–2016 — Inspector for Party Control at the Atyrau regional branch of the Nur Otan Party.
2017–2019 — Senior Lecturer at the Military Department of Atyrau State University.

By Order No. 480 of the Minister of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 18, 2019, he was appointed Head of the Military Department of Kh. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau State University.

He has been awarded letters of appreciation and certificates by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Chief Military Prosecutor, the Commander of the Western Regional Command, and heads of organizations.

He has also been awarded the medal “For Impeccable Service, 3rd Class”, commemorative medals “10 Years of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan”, “20 Years of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan”, and the Bauyrzhan Momyshuly “Batyr Shapagaty” Jubilee Medal.

 

 

Lieutenant Colonel of the Reserve Renat Zhanatuly Yeslyamov
(born April 14, 1985, Kuygenkol village, Zhanibek district, West Kazakhstan region).

In 2002, he graduated from Secondary School named after Utepqali Sakyrov.

From 2003 to 2008, he studied at the West Kazakhstan Agrarian and Technical University, specializing in Selection and Biotechnology of Animal Husbandry, and also completed the military department of the same university in the specialty Combat Employment of Combined-Arms Units, Subunits and Formations.

From 2009 to 2024, he served in the Western and Eastern Regional Commands, progressing from platoon commander to senior officer in reconnaissance departments.

Since November 2024, he has been working at the Military Department of Kh. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University as a Senior Lecturer, currently holding the position of Senior Lecturer.

By decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, he was awarded the medal “For Military Valor” and the 2nd and 3rd class medals “For Impeccable Service” by the Minister of Defense.
 

 

 

 

Major of the Reserve Zhasulan Saparbayuly Chuynshkaliyev
was born in 1974 in Inder district, Atyrau region.

He graduated from the Kazakh National Agrarian University (1993–1998).

1998–2000 — Platoon Commander in a military unit.
2000–2001 — Company Commander.

Since 2016, he has been working at the Military Department of Kh. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau State University as a Senior Lecturer, currently holding the position of Senior Lecturer.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Retired Major Gulnara Kaliyevna Berdaliyeva
(born September 27, 1976, Guryev region (now Atyrau), Guryev city).

In 1993, she graduated from the Atyrau Regional National Gymnasium, specializing in Physics and Mathematics.

In 1993–1994, she graduated with honors from Kh. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University with a degree in Music Education.

In 1999–2001, she graduated from the Eurasian Humanities Institute with a degree in Law.

In 1998, she completed training at the Professional Training School of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and at the Regional Center for New Technologies, and in 2017 she completed courses of the Association of Security Organizations of Kazakhstan.

From 1997 to 2003, she served in regional law enforcement agencies and received the rank of Lieutenant in 1997.

From 2003 to 2016, she served in the National Guard of the Republic of Kazakhstan, retiring in November 2016 with the rank of Major.

In January 2018, she joined the Military Department of Atyrau State University as a lecturer. In 2023, she became a Senior Lecturer, and since September 2024, she has been serving as a Senior Lecturer.

She has completed advanced training programs, including:
    •    Language Training Center of the Atyrau Regional Department for Language Development (2007)
    •    Academy of Management, Security and Special Programs of M. Narikbayev Kazakh State Law University (2020)
    •    Academy of Military Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2025)

She has been awarded numerous honors, including medals “For Impeccable Service” (2nd and 3rd class) by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, badges “Excellence in Internal Troops Service” (1st and 2nd class), the badge “Best of the Western Formation”, and medals “For Contribution to the Veterans Movement” (2014), “The Name of the Hero Lives in the Nation’s Memory” (2017), and “For Active Participation in Military-Patriotic Work” (2020), as well as multiple letters of appreciation.

She has published numerous articles, including “Military Art as a Heritage of Kazakh Culture.”

 

Major of the Reserve Bozdak Gabitovich Batyrkhanov was born on October 12, 1979, in Balkuduk village, Kurmangazy district, Atyrau region. In 1996, he graduated from Secondary School No. 13 named after D. Baybosynov in Atyrau.

From 1996 to 2000, he studied at the Aktobe Higher Military Aviation School.

From 2000 to 2006, he served in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From 2006 to 2010, he worked as an engineer at Atyrau International Airport.

From 2010 to 2020, he worked as a supervisor at Prime Aviation JSC.

Since 2020 to the present, he has been working as a lecturer at the Military Department of Kh. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Retired Senior Lieutenant Zhumabay Zholdybayevich Kulshurin
(born November 10, 1962, Kulshiganak village, Baksay district, Guryev region).

In 1978, he entered a vocational-technical school in Sarayshik village, Makhambet district, Guryev region, where he obtained qualifications as a tractor driver-machine operator, repair mechanic, and driver.

From 1981 to 1983, he served in the Soviet Army.

He began his career in 1983–1984 as a tractor driver at the Zauralny state farm in Makhambet district.

In December 1984, he was admitted to the preparatory course of the West Kazakhstan Agricultural Institute in Uralsk, and from 1985 to 1990 he studied there, graduating with a degree in Agricultural Mechanization.

He also completed the military department of the institute and was awarded the rank of Lieutenant.

Additionally, he graduated from the Faculty of Public Professions, qualifying as a public instructor and coach in sambo, judo, and Kazakh wrestling. He worked as an instructor-coach at the regional council of the sports society “Kairat”.

In 1991, he worked as a master instructor at PTU-10 in Sarayshik village, teaching traffic rules and vehicle structure.

From 1995 to 2009, he served in the Department of Internal Affairs of Atyrau region, where he was awarded medals and certificates by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He holds the rank of Police Lieutenant Colonel.

He also served as Head of the Civil Defense and Emergency Situations Headquarters at Kh. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau State University and was awarded certificates and letters of appreciation by the Rector.

He is the author of the article “Formation of Patriotic Values in Youth through Military-National Education.”

Since 2017, he has been working as a Senior Lecturer at the Military Department of Kh. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau State University.

 

Captain of the Reserve Nurbol Zhaparpovich Uteniyazov
was born on November 6, 1981, in Nukus, Republic of Karakalpakstan.

In 1998, he graduated from Secondary School No. 18 named after Ajiniyaz in Nukus.

From 2000 to 2002, he completed his compulsory military service.

From 2014 to 2018, he graduated from the Kazakhstan University of Innovative and Telecommunication Systems with a degree in Law.

From 2002 to 2023, he served in Military Unit No. 5546 of the National Guard of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Atyrau.

Since March 12, 2023, he has retired from military service. Since May 2023, he has been working as a lecturer at the Military Department of Kh. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University.
 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Major of the Reserve Amanzhol Kenzhegulov
was born on August 17, 1970, in Kyzyl-Ui village, Makhambet district, Atyrau region (formerly Guryev region), into a working-class family.

In 1987, he graduated from Kyzyl-Ui Secondary School.

From June 1987 to December 1988, he worked as a laborer in a construction brigade at the Akzhaiyk state farm.

On December 5, 1988, he was drafted into the Soviet Army, serving until June 1990 as a military construction worker in Military Unit No. 43069 in Kapustin Yar.

In 1990, he was sent to a warrant officers’ training school in Ivanovo (Russian Federation), after which he served as a company sergeant major and later platoon commander.

From 1991 to 2015, he held various positions in district military commissariats and defense departments across Atyrau region, including head of divisions and deputy commissar.

On September 11, 2015, he was discharged into the reserve upon reaching the age limit for military service.

From 2015 to 2016, he worked as a teacher of Initial Military Training at the Atyrau Agrarian-Technical College named after Onaybay Koshekov.

From 2016 to 2025, he worked as a teacher-organizer of Initial Military and Technological Training at the Atyrau Polytechnic Higher College named after Salamat Mukashev.

Junior Sergeant of the Reserve Andizhan Taimanuly Nabidulla
was born on November 17, 1999, in Enbekshi village, Kurmangazy district, Atyrau region.

In 2014, he graduated from Enbekshi Secondary School.

From 2014 to 2018, he studied at the Kurmangazy Agrarian-Technical College, specializing in Operation of Agricultural Machinery.

From 2018 to 2019, he completed military service in Military Unit No. 6506 in Shymkent.

From 2019 to 2021, he served as a unit commander in Military Unit No. 21642.

Since 2024, he has been working as an instructor at the Military Department of Kh. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University.
 

 

 

 

 

Rysty Amangeldievna Bazarbayeva
was born on April 21, 1976, in Orlik village, Inder district, Atyrau region.

In 1993, she graduated from Orlik Secondary School.

From 1994 to 1998, she graduated from Kh. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University with a degree in Biology and Geography Teaching.

From 1998 to 2001, she worked as a teacher of biology and geography at Secondary School No. 3 in Atyrau.

From 2004 to 2018, she served in law enforcement agencies.

From 2011 to 2013, she graduated from the West Kazakhstan Innovative-Technological University, Faculty of Law.

Since 2025, she has been working as an instructor at the Military Department of Kh. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University.
