Уәлібай Нұрбақыт

From 1978 to 1990, he studied at primary and secondary schools in Künes County. From 1990 to 1995, he received his higher education in Philology at Minzu University of China in Beijing. From 1995 to 2006, he worked as a lecturer at the Faculty of Chinese Philology at Ili Pedagogical University in Kulja (Yining). In 2006, he obtained citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan. From 2007 to 2009, he worked in private educational centers. Since 2010, he has been working as a Chinese language lecturer at the Faculty of Multilingual Education at Kh. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University.
