Tazhidenova Ainur Ramazanovna

Education. Academic degree and academic title Graduated with honors from Atyrau State University, majoring in Economics and Management (1997–2001). In 2009, completed a master’s program at Atyrau Institute of Oil and Gas and was awarded the qualification of Master of Management. In 2014, completed a master’s degree in the specialty 6N0507 Management at M. Utemisov West Kazakhstan State University. Research interests: business planning, entrepreneurship, labor market economics, wages, unemployment and employment, and enterprise economics. She has scientific publications in journals indexed in Scopus (h-index – 1), as well as in journals recommended by the Committee for Quality Assurance in Science and Higher Education of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan. More than 25 scientific papers have been published in the proceedings of international and national scientific-practical and scientific-theoretical conferences. Research grants and projects within fundamental research programs: 1. Research fellow of the project AR08956950 “Improving the system of social protection of unemployed youth under conditions of uncertainty in the Republic of Kazakhstan”, funded by the Science Committee of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2020–2021). 2. Senior researcher of the program-targeted project BR21882382 “Development of atlases of new professions and competencies of the regions of Kazakhstan based on the Skills Technology Foresight method” (2022–2025). 3. Research fellow of the initiative project No. 0119RKIO330 “Formation of a business planning system for innovative activity of an enterprise” (2019–2020). Since 2001, she has been working as a Senior Lecturer at Atyrau State University named after H. Dosmukhamedov. Academic mobility and international internships: Completed an international internship in Kokand, Republic of Uzbekistan, within the framework of the Orkhun academic exchange program (2023). Awards: Awarded the Certificate of Honor of the Rector of Atyrau University (2011), the Letter of Appreciation from the city branch of the Nur Otan Party (2016), and the Certificate of Honor of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2024).
