Bakytgul Tolybekovna Abykanova, PhD, Professor

Education and Academic Degree:
In 1990, she graduated from Kazakh State University named after S. M. Kirov, majoring in Nuclear Physics, and obtained the qualification of Physics Teacher.
In October 2005, she successfully defended her Candidate of Sciences (PhD equivalent) dissertation.
Professional Experience:
1990–1994 — Engineer-Physicist at the Institute of High Energy Physics, Almaty.
1992–1995 — Postgraduate studies (Aspirantura) at the Academy of Sciences, specializing in Physics.
1994–1996 — Lecturer at the Department of Physics, Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.
1995–2007 — Lecturer, Senior Lecturer, Associate Professor at the Department of Physics, Kazakh State Women’s Pedagogical Institute.
Since 2007 — Associate Professor, Acting Professor at Atyrau University named after Kh. Dosmukhamedov.
2010–2013 — Head of Department.
Research area: Nuclear Physics, Digitalization in Education. Physics Teaching Methods
