Teaching and Educational Work
Working with Gifted Children
At our school, the process of identifying giftedness begins with studying the student's family environment and determining their creative potential. Using psychological methodologies, the school psychologist diagnoses the students' creative abilities, subject interests, and learning motivations to complete a "Giftedness Map." Based on this, instructions and guidance are provided to subject teachers and educators.
We believe that if a teacher or educator fails to properly recognize and value a child's unique traits, that child may simply blend in and remain "like everyone else." Therefore, the primary mission of our school staff is to provide proper guidance, direction, and upbringing to our students.
Work with gifted students is organized in the following areas: scientific projects;olympiads, intellectual competitions and contests,sports,self-government and organizational leadership,arts and crafts.
