Meeting Held with Master’s Students and University Experts at a Regional School
On April 14, 2025, within the framework of the “Step into Science – Confidence in the Future” Master’s Week, a collaborative meeting was held at Secondary School No. 43 between Kh. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University and the school community. The event aimed to strengthen cooperation in the fields of education and science, and to explore the implementation of joint scientific projects.
The main objectives of the meeting were to emphasize that the foundation of scientific knowledge begins within the school environment; to promote postgraduate education as a pathway for developing professional, academic, and leadership competencies; and to encourage school teachers to pursue master’s degree programs.
Currently, 17 master’s degree holders are actively working at Secondary School No. 43 during the 2024–2025 academic year. The university was represented by Elmira Adiyetova, Head of the Postgraduate Education Department, Associate Professor, Candidate of Economic Sciences, and Moldir Rasuliyeva, Head of the Commercialization Department and holder of a master’s degree.
During the meeting, Elmira Mizamgalikyzy highlighted that postgraduate education provides in-depth specialization beyond the general knowledge acquired at the bachelor’s level. She emphasized that the master’s program is a significant stage in professional growth, scientific research, and personal development, noting that one of its key features is the initiation of independent research activities.
At the conclusion of the event, university representatives invited school teachers to pursue postgraduate studies. Both parties also discussed plans to establish close cooperation in the future, including conducting scientific seminars focused on research activities and academic publication writing.
