Pedagogical Retraining Courses: Theory and Practice

Pedagogical retraining courses are designed for individuals with professional (non-pedagogical) education who are entering the teaching profession for the first time without a formal background in pedagogy.
The 2024–2025 academic year marks a significant stage for the participants of the pedagogical retraining program, as they are currently undergoing practical training in schools, applying the theoretical knowledge acquired throughout the course.
During their internship, participants actively engage in the educational process, mastering teaching methodologies and developing practical skills under the guidance of experienced educators. They are involved in lesson planning, structuring learning sessions, and building effective communication with students.
The pedagogical practicum focuses on equipping future teachers with modern teaching technologies and contemporary methods to enhance student learning outcomes. Throughout the internship, participants receive continuous methodological support and constructive feedback from mentors to strengthen their professional competencies.
This experience plays a vital role in helping future teachers gain a deeper understanding of their profession, learn how to organize the educational process effectively, and develop the professional competencies required to become competitive specialists in the field of education. Upon completion of the practicum, participants present reports on their work and share the knowledge and experience they have gained.
