Aymuratov Sagingerey Bolatkaliuly

Graduated from Secondary School No. 15 named after Abai in Atyrau (1987). From 1990 to 1995, studied at the Faculty of History and Philology of H. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau State University, majoring in Kazakh Language and Literature. Candidate of Philosophical Sciences (2005), Associate Professor (2025). Has been working at H. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University since 1992. Since 2000 — lecturer at the Department of Philosophy, Political Science and Sociology. From 2017 to 2020 — Head of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Disciplines. From 2021 to 2022 — Dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Arts. From 2021 to 2025 — Chairman of the University Alumni Association. Since the academic year 2025-2026, he has been the acting dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Arts. Author of approximately 40 scientific articles presented at international and national conferences. In 2018, his works were published in journals recommended by the Higher Attestation Commission. Publications also appeared in a European SCOPUS-indexed journal (2018). His research focuses on science and theology. Contributed to the encyclopedic publication: “History of Kazakh Philosophy – Volume I. Religious and Ethical Worldview of Akhmet Yugineki” (Almaty, 2014, pp. 150–190). Candidate dissertation topic: “The Worldview of Akhmet Yugineki”, defended in 2005 at the Institute of Philosophy, Political Science and Religious Studies. Author of the following works: — monograph “Akhmet Yugineki – a Medieval Thinker” (2013); — teaching manual “Ecological Threats and Risks in Central Asia: Political and Legal Foundations” (2025); — supplementary учебное пособие “Spiritual Values of Turkic Thinkers of the Middle Ages” (2025). Awarded with a Certificate of Honor and Letters of Appreciation from the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the A. Baitursynov Medal, and numerous other awards.
